Had a wonderful evening, all the staff were really friendly and the food was fabulous. Dylan, our waiter, was informative and had a great personality! Overall a lovely time.

Went on a Saturday and asked a guy at the bar if we could order food. He said we can't order at the bar at the moment but can if we take a seat. Upon his advice we ordered two drinks and went to take a seat only to be old by someone else that we couldn't order food. Was annoyed as we only ordered drinks because we were going to sit and eat. The place was empty. A little later an older couple came in and asked for food and they were told they could not order as only people who had pre-booked could order. The waiter said that he would ask the Kitchen if they would make an exception and he came back to say they would and took their order. This really annoyed us as we were told only a few minutes previously that we could not order food. The place was empty at this time. I went to complain to a manager and he said they had a booking and I said they didn't as they were sitting next to me and I heard the entire conversation. Left it a that as they were going to defend what had happened. We only went in as the place was empty and thought we could get food quicker. Won't go back as the beer is very expensive. Will stick to Wetherspoons. Cheaper food and cheaper beer.

Good quality roast dinner, very good cask and keg beer selection. Good service from Dylan. Can't wait to visit again.
