If i could leave no stars i would! Just Avoid......plus side manager very sweet and cleared our bill. Absolute joke man/woman/child/whatever, cooking/not cooking/microwaving....needs sacking/putting out of their misery! Just cannot find the words to describe how awful this place is...suprised it is allowed to serve the public! Happy mothers day! 😭😢😫

We are just enjoying our pint and a sharing ultimate platter, in a kids free area, music playing above our heads and stunning view over the lake full with birds! What a pleasnt, clean and 'easy' pub to go, eat and drink! Highly reccomend for people looking for escape from rush and healthy life for just once a week!!!

Wow, what an absolute sty! Nothing works in this place. Children's play area always shut. Kids machines never work. Toilets are disgusting. There was feces just lying in the toilet, blocked and not sorted out. Chewing gum blocking the urinals. Hand dryer not working. As for the service, it's always understaffed. Sometimes table service, sometimes not, depends how they feel that day. The food is pretty terrible. The price is reasonable but the quality is horrible. The reason its so annoying that this is a bad place is because there's not really another place to have lunch at willen lake. What an absolute hole. I'm eating lunch here right now. My bread is stale. There's hardly any chicken in my sandwich. Its awful. Avoid unless you're literally starving to death and the cafe down the way is shut.

The evening was amazing. The food was amazing, and the guy who served us was very helpful, funny and made the evening very enjoyable.

Advertised Autumn Menu on their website, decided to visit as they finally have Vegan main and Vegan desert. Upon arrival no sign of Autumn menu. Told "that is the only menu" pointed at the summer menu. Ok. All three menus on the table were sticky and had food bits on them. Asked for the allergen menu, it arrived quickly but absolutely covered in sticky what ever, so God knows what allergic reactions people could have just to the allergy menu! After looking through and fining no suitable food we had a drink and left. All tables and high chairs also filthy. Terrible really. Most disappointed .
