Only went for a drink so I can't fully give it 5 stars until I go and try the food. The outside garden was nice with lots of tables and umbrellas. A shame it's so close to the A4, but sitting down in a table further away was quite enough and we had a very nice evening. Good size car park. The staff was very friendly and the menu looks good and affordable.

Delicious food, been twice and it was perfect every time. Mixed grill the first time was cooked to perfection and was delicious, then the second time the rib eye steak was wonderful - very tender, cooked perfectly (blue) and the side salad was delicious too. Will definitely return if I'm ever in this area again.

Good location, with outside eating available. Typical low budget/value food offering. On our visit the food was way below the level of acceptability. Can get very busy, so reserve in advance.

Asked for runny eggs, staff member said no problem and even said if they aren’t runny they will do us some fresh ones. (Eggs come out rock hard). The guy comes over and asks how the eggs are, we said not very runny can we have some fresh ones, he said yeah of course. He then came back with a plate to remove the hard eggs from our plate, we said no as we didn’t want him poking through our breakfast to retrieve eggs which probably cost them pence and would just go in the bin anyway. He then refused to do us new eggs because we wouldn’t surrender our overdone ones and was pretty rude about it. So over an egg we won’t be going back. An egg. Well done that man!

Perfectly acceptable breakfast, options not very clear until you read carefully or have them point it out. Too inflexible: other items must be bought not swapped, and their computer wouldn't let them place a lunch order until *exactly* 12.00 when the breakfast menu turns off, leaving customers queueing for several minutes and the till user twiddling his thumbs wasting time looking unproductive.
