Cafe Rouge is a hidden gem in Parkway. We popped in for dinner one night to try something new and now it's definitely a regular place for us. Food is fantastic with plenty of options for vegetarian and gluten free. Service is amazing whenever we are here, service is quick but also friendly which is hard to find. We've been here on many different days at different times and always had an amazing experience so we would definitely recommend it.

Nice meal, but limited choice as a lot of menu items were out of stock. Not as bad as KFC though.

Men's bathroom was a complete mess - both urinals were flooded and had to walk through a pool of water to get to the toilet, which was filthy and had a broken seat. Had mussels for main course, and many of the shells were broken. Had to send it back as inedible. My wife had the t-bone steak, which was average at best. Won't be returning anytime soon.
