We placed a huge order of 34 large Pizzas with only an hours notice. Due to the unusual size of the order the bank declined payment. The guys still delivered the order on time and piping hot and allowed us to arrange payment afterwards - first class customer service!

Ordered online. Order arrived over an hour late . We took our order inside and found that one of the pizzas had been crushed , it looked as though the driver had been sitting on it. Took it back to pizza hut and complained, but they couldn't give a refund as we'd paid on line. We tried phoning before hand but no answer. While we were down there the phone was ringing and it went unanswered. Apparently they were 20 orders behind and with customers waiting in the shop. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Ordered twice from here now - the first one was 20 minutes late, the delivery today still hasn't arrived - 30 minutes after the due delivery time! Tried ringing, but the phone just doesn't get answered. It's a shame the service and delivery is so awful - as the pizzas are good.
