Very good Ploughman's for lunch, plenty of cheese and very nice ham. Several types of pickle. Really enjoyed it.
We came here for a spontaneous Sunday lunch, the staff found us a lovely little nook to be able to eat, despite the restaurant being quite booked up. The food was fantastic and came out quickly, the price for which was reasonable considering the generous portions. The staff were incredibly attentive and we had a wonderful time I would highly recommend!
Nice pub. Good selection on both food and drinks. Staff where friendly and welcoming to us and our dog. However we had one pizza that was slightly doughy although still delicious could have done with slightly longer and a new glass with lipstick stains which they quickly replaced for fresh.
Great village pub. Garden includes a wood fired pizza oven for the best pizzas. Good beer and cider too.
Stopped here for a Saturday lunch after an autumn walk. They made the six of us and a dog fee welcome. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. A short walk from Little Kimble station too. Would recommend!
Great for kids; friendly staff and lots of books inside, brilliant park right outside. Food also good! Been a few times now - we really enjoy it!

Lovely local Pub. Home cooked pub food and a decent pint of ale from the local brewery. Happy to recommend.
