When I visited it was very quiet but none the less the service was very good. Some of the menu was not available unfortunately meaning I had to change my order, so ended up with a hunters chicken style meal, I added an extra breast which I’m pleased I did because I felt portion size lacked a bit - a few more chips wouldn’t of hurt! However the chicken was very well cooked, very juicy /tasty, as was the bacon and cheese. There’s a large car park directly outside.
Had a nice meal here with friends. The service was quick with friendly waiters and waitress. There's a good choice of food and drinks with quite a few options for vegetarian and vegans. The restaurant is large with lots of seating and is clean and inviting. There's a large free carpark on site.
Went with a group of 20 for Christmas get together. Everything was excellent. The food was beautiful and plenty of it. I had the Turkey dinner which was very large meal with lots of meat veg of all types and all the trimming’s. We asked for extra gravy and cranberry sauce which was bought out instantly. The desserts were again large portions I had profiteroles a lot of places you only get a few not at the charter I must of had at least a 8 a friend had the trifle which was a very good size. Our waitress was very nice, and helpful she could not do enough for us.
Great food at a great price. Some of our party were late for a good reason but,no problem. Food was prompt and delicious. Our waiter was Ryan I think and he was brilliant! Well worth the visit and highly recommended, I will be happy to visit again when in the local. Parking: The number plate has to be entered on computer on arrival.
Popped in for lunch with a friend while my car was across the road having its MOT, hadn't booked a table but that wasn't a problem. Was seated quickly and drinks arrived promptly. Food was good and we weren't rushed.
Used to be a good restaurant for a good reasonably priced meal... Visited on Saturday and wow how it has changed .... now poorly cooked overpriced child size portion meals Will NOT BE RETURNING loads of the menu not available and those that where... seemed to be from freezer to microwave to plate I have eaten better more filling and better looking supermarket ready meals
I waited for my guests initially thinking there would join at this restaurant however they were turned away from a quiter restaurant near Aylesbury Vale , Car registration signed, we choose a different table this time..Service was very prompt, friendly and courteous understanding my predicament on which restaurant my guests were at..We ordered drinks first and main meals with desserts. We were told which meals they were short of, a few items, still ordered from their large menu..Food was delivered quickly , enjoyable food , desserts were delicious, I was very pleased I could use my blue light card with a good discount on the main food which was very nice to help my guests offering to pay..Thank you for your service and meal
Positives: ample car park dont forget to register number plate so you wont get a penalty, deco is nice and contemporary. Seats are comfortable. Food is ok. Negative: food menu is limited and when I went for a meal 2 items in the menu where not available. Service was good although it was not too busy at the time.Food: 2/5
Enjoyed the company I went with but the food could have been a lot better. Turkey dinner was luke warm and the carrots were so hard I couldn't cut them with a knife, but the after eight sundae desert was very yummy. Service was quick and friendlyFood: 2/5
So so bad half the menu not on. First round half the drinks wrong. Food cold reheated roast potatoes and they were cold. Parts of the meal missing. Sent sauces back 3 time still cold.spoke to duty manager and all she said was what do you want me to do about it. Did get 50%off. Which we paid I didn't even want to pay that. Having said all that I have been there a number of times before and had nice food and time.
