Very nice traditional pub with beautiful exterior surroundings. Staff were professional and helpful. Food was pretty delicious too!Food: 4/5
Very lovely food, plenty of flavour and cooked nice and fresh. Friendly and helpful staff, definitely reccommend. Beautiful surrounding area for a nice meal with a view.
Excellent scenery, a great place to visit and feed the various ducks,geese and swans.lot's to take in as you ‍ ‍.
Popped in here for lunch on route to somewhere else. Excellent food, huge portions. If the kids have the pizza you can have one to share between two. Good value for money. The lady behind the bar was exceptionally nice. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, pleasant setting and we would go back. We would recommend. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the toilets weren't great, one door had no lock in the ladies and there was an issue with the only cubicle in the men's.

Came here for lunch a while back. The service was snail pace slow. Food was awful; bland and greasy. Although the portion size was huge Whats the point if the food isn’t great. Outside seating area could be attended to more; spray it with a jet wash to get rid of old bird missiles. Only good point is the scenery. Such views

I attended a work Christmas meal. All the food served was cooked to perfection, and was delicious. The Watermead Inn has a great atmosphere and is family friendly, great place for a drink by the lake.
Lovely location, pub is nice. Sometimes you can struggle for quick service but they always get to you.. I just wish there were more options for craft beer, not just the Greene king ones. Have eaten here a few times too, I tend to prefer the more pub classic meals.Food: 4/5
This is a great place to go if you fancy a bite to eat in the evening particularly and watch the beautiful lake whilst you enjoy good food and a pub atmosphere, very relaxed and well managed
