What a lovely experience! The girls were all really helpful and friendly, you want for nothing while you're with them and the pool and steam room is a bonus! I will definitely be returning.

I love this place. The beauty treatments are lovely and the lounge is very relaxing. There is no rush to get you out after. It is a little pricier than some other places which is the main downside, but the treatments are well worth it.

All the beauty therapists here really know what they are doing and are lovely, to boot. When you book, you will then receive an email confirmation AND a reminder of your appointment: what's not to love?!

My sister had a hot stone massage by a pregnant lady..who instead of massaging kept banging the stones down on my sisters kidney area and even when she complained it was hurting the lady still kept doing it, on the 2nd application of hot stones my sister said they are a bit hot, but again the girl carried on...needless to say my sister is now very poorly with a kidney infection most certainly caused from her experience as she was perfectly healthy until she walked out of there. What a diabolical way to treat a paying customer, my sister rang them the next day to ask if she was meant to be in so much pain and they said its juat the toxins coming out, take paracetamol....what a load of rubbish..not at all like any hot stone massages we have had in the past.

Best spa in Bournemouth - great range of treatments, lovely team and nice facilities. Would highly recommend. Cater for groups really well.
