Food was good but glass for vine was very dirty and The husband ordered a beer that stinked so incredibly. When the waiter sniffed, he acknowledged the mistake and apologized.
Visited this evening with freids was my first visit and it won't be my last food was delicious tasty and very hot was plentiful for a senior had sausage, mash peas with gravy and a delicious scoop of vanilla ice cream. Service was great and dishes served with a smile
Very beautiful and welcoming pub very friendly staff I was a bit standoffish at first going into the pub as I am transgender and I didn't know how I would be welcomed but I can honestly say this pub made me feel very welcome the staff made me feel very welcome and they are always there to help also it is a very friendly atmosphere
Lovely pub, we came for breakfast with Santa and it was fantastic! So much entertainment for the kids the staff went above and beyond to make the day as fun as possible for them. We will be back again for the next event.

Called in for food after shopping in crossgates. Couldn't get the app to work so just ordered from the bar. Really good menu, lots of choice and really cheap too.

Visited today with friend. Ordered 2 steaks and was asked if wanted peppercorn sauce and said yes. However, I was not told that there would be a charge of £1.00 each for two small jugs....right rip off. Also we did ask for steaks well done and we waited a hour. Furthermore, on the menu it stated onion rings which did not arrive. Queried this and was told we should have been informed that there is a problem with the supply of these. Won't be returning in near future!!
Great bar staff who always go above and beyond for all of there customers, food is always great and well presented. Drinks are cheap too which is always a bonus overall a great pub to visit! Been in for the Leeds game the and the atmosphere was great everyone cheering and signing! Deffo worth a visit
Had a lovely meal tonight for my daughter's 30th birthday. There were 36 of us and they did a great job in managing the order. Beth and the team couldn't do enough for us. Such great value. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for good quality on a budget. Thank you Beth and team x
