The Fox & Hounds was built in 1728 and the Loft Bar was added in 2008. It is a traditional village pub serving a selection of local cask ales and home cooked fresh food. There is a spacious beer garden at the rear of the property and lots of free parking.
Home cooked food is served 12.00pm - 7.45pm Monday to Friday and until 7.00pm on Saturdays and 12:00pm - 5:00pm Sundays. There is a large, comfortable beer garden to the rear of the pub. Quiz Night is each Tuesday night. The Loft can be found at the rear of the property and opens at 11:00am Monday - Saturday and Noon on Sundays. It closes at 4pm Monday to Thursday, Midnight Friday and Saturday and 5pm Sundays. The Loft has a special price Lunch Offer. Between Noon and 3pm Afternoon Tea is available. It also serves a selection of:- Teas, Coffees, Hot Chocolate, Homemade Cakes etc. The Loft is also a fully licenced bar selling local cask ales, fine wines, a selection of branded spirits and soft drinks. Prosecco is on offer for £11.95 per bottle all day Friday and Saturday.
