A proper pub in the heart of Shakespeare's county. Real ales, yummy wines, log fire, homemade pub fayre, amazing Sunday roast. Woofers welcome.

Story

A fantastic venue for live music, which is on every Saturday night. All Sports Events shown on our two screens, with both Sky Sports and BT Sport, never miss a kick. Extensive drinks menu available including many draught drinks, two real ales, two real ciders, Old Mout Fruit Ciders, including Kiwi and Lime, Apple and Passionfruit and Summer Berries. All wines are Gallo wines, including White Zinfandel, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Merlot. Champagne and Prosecco available by the bottle and Processo also available in individual serving bottles. Double up on spirit's for just £1, all day, every day and enjoy Jagerbombs for just £2.50 at Jagertime, available at the weekends. Please see board for details.

Great Sunday lunch. Roast pork with perfect crackling. Yummy!

Nice pub in a nice high street location. Dog friendly which what we needed at the time and a good logical covid safe system in place. If we're ever round about we'll pop back

Extremely disappointed. Paid for upgraded roast and got less than a standard. Half a Yorkshire, no crackling and the worst roast beef I have ever eaten.. Staff didnt give a toss. Never spending money in there again

Stumbled here for something to eat and shelter from the rain today.  The food was hot, delicious and the two lady’s that served us were friendly and helpful!

Good, honest, straightforward... decent beer, good spread of gins, good service, nice crowd. I like it here.
