Lovely place to stay! The staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. I liked the room I stayed in as well room 4, which had a nice size shower and was accessed from the little courtyard outside. I would stay again.
Very pleasant stay, really cosy and excellent value for money. Was visiting the area for a wedding taking place at Billesley Manor Hotel, down the road. When I requested an early check in to prepare for the wedding, the staff were responsive to my emails and, although check in at 12pm was not guaranteed, they would ensure that a room was available to get ready. A nice touch. Room was cozy - an old building with narrow passageways and low ceilings - but this added to charm. I felt very comfortable. Breakfast came with the booking and was delicious, full English breakfast with everything cooked just right. Would highly recommend a stay if you're in the area.

Expensive for what you get,
A lovely little inn with clean rooms, comfy bedding and good room utilities. We only stayed a night as we passed through but will definitely rebook when we revisit the area for longer. Highly recommended.
We knew in advance that the actual pub wouldn't be open so that wasn't a surprise for us. Pre-arrival communications were informative and helpful. The room we were placed in was lovely. Own front door with key safe. Way nicer feel than a hotel room. Lovely and clean throughout. Abundant refreshment supplies and a filter jug for the water. Plenty of light and space. The double bed was comfortable; we had a good night's sleep. Shower and bath in the spacious bathroom. Breakfast options left for us. Due to no on site dining facilities it was a fair way to offer breakfast. Ample free parking. The location was near to Alcester 3 miles away - plenty of pubs etc. Stratford 10 minutes away. Plenty of options for meals out and sightseeing. Beautiful countryside surroundings.
