Superb pub can't wait for the karaoke to come back. Full of real history too and they serve a cracking pint. Small outside yard for smokers. Definitely worth checking out!

Fab vegan burger for lunch. Chef came out to table to tell us how they made it, Mayo was great with added coriander and lime. Delicious. Highly recommended.

Plenty sanitiser stations. Floor clearly marked to adhere to social distancing. Staff friendly and very welcoming. A lovely pub.

The food is definately worth 5 star.  Tables are socially distanced and hand sanitiser in place. But was surprised no track and trace which is why I have deducted 2 stars. I thought this was mandatory.

Great place for a beer in the centre of york before you go on somewhere. Door staff were very polite and friendly which only adds to the relaxed atmosphere inside

Great as usual quite tonight but sometimes it's better on a Wednesday
