The Riverside Cafe is a hidden gem - the reviews don't lie. The breakfast and lunch portions are generous, very reasonably priced £6.50 for a collosal brunch including tea or coffee, and the bakery selection is spectacular. The only downside is that the Riverside Cafe is a little small with 6 tables, so be sure to book in advance!
Just been in for lunch. Fantastic service and food was great. Even gave us a box to take the last of my son's chocolate cake. Price was also good.

Good food at a good price. Busy at lunch time so had to wait a while for service, but when it came it was hot and nicely served by pleasant staff.
Had the medium yin with my wife having the small. Tasted great and fresh. The next day we had the afternoon tea. First class we took them to the beach there was enough to feed an Army. All fresh and delicious. The staff were so good even giving us free coffee as our afternoon tea was not ready, it was our fault we arrived early. Highley recommended.
