Had a lovely meal at the Queens Head Hotel. Very good food & excellent service. Even had extra treats for our dog. The staff couldn't have done more. It's also a lovely hotel and very nice and comfortable.

We always book a table at the Queens Head whenever we are in Berwick. The food is very good, the black pudding and haggis stack was exceptional, as good as you could get anywhere. My wife had the mushroom bruschetta, lots of varieties of mushroom and very good. We had the roast beef, the meat is very high quality so have it pink, we both thoroughly enjoyed it. We liked it so much we have booked to go again this week. Staff were friendly and attentive. They allow dogs but best to book if you are taking one as there only allowed in one part of the dining room.
Came here for some food while we're on holiday. Nice food, friendly staff, our dogs were welcome too. Really friendly welcome and fast and efficient service.Service: 5/5
Lovely rooms in the best part of town . Great independent shops and restaurants. Great choice for breakfast and kat and her team are professional and friendly. Special mention for the hard working Ashley. Only problem we had was one night the very expensive meal we had felt rushed. But no such problem acouple days later when we also ate
Went to.the restaurant for an evening meal, on arrival we were greeted by friendly, professional and very helpful staff. Initially the restaurant was quite quiet but it did busy up but the staff were able to cope efficiently whilst keeping their friendly demeanor. The food was very good, the mussels in tomato and garlic starter was very tasty and the lamb shank I had for my main was well presented tasty and plentiful. The black pudding stack starter is also worth a mention, Desert of plumb and apple crumble with custard was excellent and the coffee and brandies finished off what was a really nicely cooked, presented and served meal. This is a comfortable friendly restaurant that serves good food at reasonable prices, if you are I the area please give it a try.
Good quality food, plenty of choice & relaxed, friendly environment.
