GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 

Always buy sausage rolls at Greggs as quality and price are excellent. 4 for £2.40. But this time quality was pretty poor, rolls were undercooked and pale. Not golden brown and flaky. Quite doey when trying to eat. I managed two as was hungry and would have returned the other two but the shop was closed. (I usually have two in the afternoon before starting my job, and two halfway through the evening). 
Called in to mention it, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, they agreed that the sausage rolls were disgusting and shouldn't have been sold. There were no sausage rolls available, but was offered a couple of pasties which were delicious. I was also given a refund of the  £2.40, so was a very happy customer. 
All in all, excellent 1st class customer service. 
Highly recommended. 5☆
