Delicious food, prompt service and lovely decor. However, this was spoilt by the attitude of the Head Waiter when he accidentally knocked a full glass of red wine all over the table, smashing the glass and narrowly missing me. Amazingly there was no apology, no enquiry as to whether I had any broken glass or spilt wine on me and no attempt at a gesture such as a reduction to the bill or an extra glass of wine free gratis. He simply cleaned everything up and replaced the spilt wine without a word. Although he didn't charge us for the replacement you thought he might just have reduced the bill a little by way of an apology for the incident. We found his general attitude somewhat arrogant even before this, and not particularly welcoming. In the end my angry husband refused to pay for any of the drinks and just paid for the food. This same waiter was clearly dissatisfied with this and still never apologised. That was all he needed to do!! A disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant meal.

Excellent tasty food. Great value for money. Portions are a good size. Service was brilliant. Couldn't fault anything.

Incredible Indian restaurant, fantastic Onion Bhajis and really flavourful curries. A highlight of my holiday in Berwick. Not usually one to leave reviews but this was special. Couldn't resist eating there the next day as well.
