Beautiful cinema - intimate experience & lovely unique atmosphere. Far removed from the large scale cinemas…highly recommend. We took our pastries & drinks into the cinema. The resturant also combine a meal & cinema deal - desserts can also be taken into the cinema.
My parents and I had a wonderful afternoon at the Red Carpet Cinema. We ate a delicious meal served by attentive staff. This was followed by a movie in the comfortable atmospheric Cinema. A delightful way to spend a Sunday.
A great little find not far from home! The food is always tasty, with generous portions and the desserts are delicious! The restaurant hosts a great cinema on site with a BFI feel and you can take your dessert in with you. They have great movie and dinner offers. Staff are friendly, I highly recommend it.
We had a good time watching the last showing of Fisherman's friends 2. Everything was very slick, perhaps a little bit too clinical to be honest. The person on reception was in an almighty hurry to get us seated, although we were there in plenty of time. I had never been before so it would have been good, for someone to explain how things were, especially the food and drinks arrangements. Overall definitely recommend.

A lovely place. Nestled within the Barton Marina. Atmospheric. It looks like an Art Deco cinema. We had an early dinner before going in to see the film. The place was clean and the service was quick. COVID precautions in place. Table service. No apps for ordering, the waitress came to our table and took our order. The toilets were clean too. There's plenty of free parking. I would definitely recommend this place.

Well we were genuinely gutted by our experience. We arrived on time taken too our seats and asked for any food allergies. I mentioned I’m lactose intolerant and that’s was the last I heard of that. It took an age to be served. We had cutlery that had lipstick on them! Our drinks came quickly but that was about it the starter was late but not as late as our roast dinner! It took almost and hour for it to arrive. Despite people sitting next to us who arrived way after us and got theirs 20 mins from sitting down. They started to leave just as we had ours arrive. Sadly the amount we payed for the meal didn’t reflect the standard. I got the “dairy free” roast dinner which was two thinly cut beef slices, a small square of stuffing and two potatoes, which were drowned in liquid gravy! Thanks, no alternative just you get less food for having a food allergy. I had additional rock hard veg. My girlfriend had loads more on her plate but they even forgot her veg and cauliflower cheese. but the additional veg never turned up. We didn’t say anything because it got to the point we were that hungry we just wanted to eat! I only give two stars as the desert redeemed it only slightly. You could tell one member of staff was frustrated as it appeared staff were not functioning too well. Sadly this experience means we will not be coming back.
Second time I have visited this little gem. Just wanted coffee and cake so hadn't booked a table. Staff friendly without being over the top. Lovely coffee and cake and a good film too. Lovely way to spend a few hours relaxing with family and friends. Will be back very soon.
First visit to The Red Carpet Cafe and was delighted with the ambience and feel of the cafe, unfortunately after waiting 35+ minutes for our breakfast Avocado+Egg we left hungry. Staff had very kindly provided our meal to another customer without the courtesy of informing us of the error until we enquired. On a positive note it did look amazing as those patrons clearly enjoyed the speedy service and my breakfast.
