I’ve lived in Burton all my life and I’ve been to Cineworld since its inception. Never been disappointed. Plenty of screens, good choice of films always on. Seats are comfortable, the screen areas are clean. Wheelchair accessible areas are also available. Snacks and drinks are slightly on the expensive side but has a reasonable selection. The toilets are kept clean. There is also ample parking space. It used to have an arcade area which has gone but desert/ice cream counter has been given a new look.nStaff have always been courteous and helpful.nIf you’re looking for a no thrills but does exactly what it says on the tin, a reasonable cinema experience, then it’s ideal. Hence, 4 stars.
A myriad of problems; the boards in the lobby don’t work, staff being very pushy trying to oversell bigger snacks etc, very small screen, the lights were left on during the entire film, the volume of the film was so quiet you could hear the fans of the projector and other people moving in their chairs/chewing. The film we went to see was great, but this cinema wasn’t.
Decent cinema with good parking, no recline on the seats, it's pretty old school but was decent. My one criticism is the lights in the roof near the back rows are way too bright, this is distracting during the film.
My friend and I went to see the new Joker movie on the 4th October, and as usual, the service was excellent, since Hannah dealt with us; as always, she was polite, chatty and bubbly.nThank you, Hannah.
Can't really give a review of the cinema, but I can give a review of the lack of customer service. I set up an account and booked 2 tickets to see a film.nDue to a medical emergency I needed to cancel the tickets. I followed the instructions and tried to cancel the tickets through my account, but the tickets didn't show up on my recent bookings, so I couldn't cancel them.nI tried contacting by phone but just got a message telling me to use my account.nWill certainly not recommend, and will not be using again.
