Nice theatre with 9 screens, the sound system is too good. Best place to enjoy movie time with friends and family
I’ve lived in Burton all my life and I’ve been to Cineworld since its inception. Never been disappointed. Plenty of screens, good choice of films always on. Seats are comfortable, the screen areas are clean. Wheelchair accessible areas are also available. Snacks and drinks are slightly on the expensive side but has a reasonable selection. The toilets are kept clean. There is also ample parking space. It used to have an arcade area which has gone but desert/ice cream counter has been given a new look.nStaff have always been courteous and helpful.nIf you’re looking for a no thrills but does exactly what it says on the tin, a reasonable cinema experience, then it’s ideal. Hence, 4 stars.
This cinema is very outdated, a little unclean in appearance & the staff certainly don't know the meaning of good customer service. Also the screens are small compared to other cinemas & they only have basic type screens no 4DX or iMax ect seas are worn out & not too comfy so watching anything long you will be going home with a hurt bottom.
What a great Cinema! Been here today to see the Minecraft Movie and it was awesome! This cinema deserves a 5 star rating for its good sound quality and screening. I will always come here
I’m giving 5 stars because of how the management dealt with a situation, myself wife and 2 kids went to see Minecraft movie.nAs expected a bit of noise and disruption is perfectly acceptable, during the whole movie 5 teenage kids sat at the back throwing food flicking straws with ice blast and pop over everybody, shouting clapping just being a nuisance. At the end credits my kids had a dance to the music and those idiots were recording on there phones and laughing, lots of people wasted there money and had a bad experience. The manager was great and handled basically everyone’s complaint perfectly so well done on that.
