Fantastic theatre, not too big so have a great view wherever you sit. Nice cafe for lunch and plenty of selection at the bar. Always clean. Story with Rory on a Wednesday morning is highly recommended for toddlers.

I witnessed perfection last night at the Litchfield cathedral. The under 19yr old performed Les Miserable. Absolute joy to watch. Amazing performance.

Brilliant evening watching Jasper Carrott,  but the Garrick definitely need 2 people serving in the bars early evening when there is a show on, queues forming. Other than that brilliant.

left a review last week and it doesn't appear to be on the website anymore?? Strange....
My father has treated his grandchildren to a trip to this theatre to see the Christmas pantomime every year for the last 5 or 6 years. This year there was very heavy snow on the day we were due to attend and my 75 year old father didn't feel safe to drive with his young grandchildren in the car and neither did i. I rang the theatre to explain and was told that if we sent email we should be able to transfer our tickets to another date. My father emailed accordingly but was told no. We then had this request sent to the manager for further consideration and were again told no in a very patronising, impersonal email. Myself and my father both responded to this email noting again our disappointment and grievance with the tone of the email and heard nothing back. Your customer service is appalling and your lack of regard for a loyal customer is disgusting. My father has now lined your pockets with £200 for nothing when an exchange of tickets would have been no trouble to you - and we were told that this was an option. I strongly advise you to train your staff so that everyone is on the same page and for the woman that emailed my father to go on a customer relations course pronto as she is clearly not concerned with the above.
My sons party was on the same day as the party and this was transferred to another date with absolutely no problems.
I want to know why you couldn't/wouldn't do the same. Look forward to hearing back on this.

This theatre provides a great variety of excellent shows. I love the Garrick! Lovely clean theatre and toilets and something for everyone to watch.
