Staff have always been friendly and it's consistently relatively clean. The sound in the screens is often aggressive, not sensory friendly at all, especially in IMAX where last I and the person next to me wanted to throw up.
A nice spot in Manchester. The overhead digital screen is truly stunning and adds a unique vibe to the place. It’s a very convenient location that offers multiple restaurants and a cinema all under one roof.
Love the new refurbishment.nIn 2024, The Printworks underwent a major >£20million refurbishment.nnIt has Europe's largest digital ceiling, a giant LED canopy covering the central thoroughfare. The exterior was also modernised with large digital displays while retaining key historic elements of the original structure.nnThe space is free to enter, with many restaurants, a cinema, and other entertainment venues.
I have tried twice to use my blue light discount at this cinema and both times been rejected. The voucher was mine and no issues, either they do not know how to process it or they simply don’t want to. Blue light discount is a program for key workers that is completely legal and valid. The fact that they have refused this twice says a lot about the brand. Deeply disappointed, speaks volumes about the business. Would not recommend anyone support this business.
Went to see Cortis live, easy to find in the city centre, car park available near by. Very comfortable seating with reclaimers, felt very homely. Refreshment available to top up the experience.
