Excellent place and a must see theatre/cinema venue. Parking is rather limited for such a large place so best to go early to find a space. Check out the excellent variety of events coming up on their website. My boyfriend (Peter) and I recently took a neighbour to watch their excellent live production of Oklahoma. It was fantastic and we were all singing along to the famous songs.

Cracking theatre. Lots of choice for entertainment from comedians, live music, films and you can book for a behind the scenes tour. It is run by volunteers who are always collecting for funds to keep the theatre going. A cafe is situated upstairs and there are a couple of bars dotted about selling reasonably priced food and drink. The front of the building has been seen on many TV productions as it is styled in the 1930's theme. Give it a visit as there's not many of these gems around anymore.

Great theatre and excellent community facility. The restaurant is excellent and I would recommend the afternoon teas. Very friendly and accommodating staff

Beautiful decoration and a lovely place for afternoon tea! Not worth going for the bigger kino afternoon tea you pay £8 extra for 3 small cakes... Staff are very friendly and welcoming 😀

Took grandchild to the panto and yet again another stunning production. Everyone is so helpful and go above and beyond for their customers. And most staff are voluntary too. It is a lovely theatre and keep immaculately clean. I can't praise it enough. Highly recommend people to visit this lovely historic theatre.
