Easy to find. Good customer service. Plenty of studios so packs in loads of variety and films for all ages. Small and compact studios with very soft comfy recliner seats. Snacks and drinks a little expensive. Only one negative comment was that there were only steps and not a slope to get to higher rows so difficult for the elderly, especially coming down to leave. Otherwise all good.
Big Cineworld with quite a lot of screens. Very comfortable seating and lots of areas to park as well. Would definitely recommend.
Loving the new look and the seats are much comfier and nice to be able to recline a little and not need to stand up if anyone needs to walk past to their seats. Typical overpriced snacks but it's expected, always been a rip off in every cinema. But over all a good experience.
Loved the 4d screening of Avatar2. Just a shame some of the staff are a bit dopey and take forever to serve people, we queued up for 20 minutes to get some drinks but there were only 2 people in front of us, and it took the woman another 10 minutes to pour us 3 drinks. The queue next to us was moving at the same pace....very slow!
Enjoyed the films, unfortunately don't like the cueing system to get tickets,pigeon holing you in a line for drinks and food at same time and the seats although comfortable makes your rear damp due to the material.
Brilliant place the staff are great and very friendly just well dear the snacks drop them down far too much! Other than that the seats are well comfy
It was terrible experience due to stress from tickets not being sent on line to spend hours on phone talking to your customer service to say I havnt paid even though sent evidence of it going out of my bank then going to cinema in ashton u lyne that strait away pulled our information up and provided us tickets for 3d experence but didnt relise ur chairs make u feel ur on a ride and had to leave ,understood it moved but just couldn't cope so had to leave before it started as that what I didnt expect and caused me more anxiety so lost out in end
Lots have changed since i last went and for the better went to see Avitar in 2D the standard seats were comfy and reclined they have also done up the main reception well done Cineworld well definitely call again.
The cinema was packed which was great to see. The staff kept everything moving and handled that number of people really well
