A decent and well-located business hotel with comfortable rooms. However, I really don't like the completely self-service breakfast model. You spend all your time getting up and down and the food is cold/past it's best when you get to eat it.

Stay here. Just stay. I was using Manchester as a base to explore the north. This location is prefect. Manchester’s big train station is a stones throw away meaning we never missed a train and could leave our hotel room with only minutes to spare without risk! The building is at the top of market street so all of Manchester’s sights are nearby and any that required a taxi ride, Ubers could pick you up from the door. It was always nice to come back to a clean and tidy room. Fresh bedding most days and two romantically placed mints on the beds edge was lovely. The room are a touch small and leaving the curtains open meant anyone could see your tackle after a shower if you mistook the hand towel for a bigger one. Yes you can hear the trains from your room but it’s very faint and it did not upset me at all.

Wow! Cheap, yet great. Definitely worth a stay and I am confident I am coming back here. Clean rooms, new bathrooms, thick towels and proper shower pressure. Easy and simple place but absolutely comfortable. A small hotel means a smooth experience with zero crowds or things to wait for. Also, breakfast is totally fine! Worth paying for. Thanks for having us, I'll be back!

Loved the place. Me and my friends where there just for little wile but we definitely will be beck. Staff was veey helpful with guiding us where to go, we where in Manchester first time, and if we did need something nothing was a problem. And atmosphere in place is fantastic.

Great décor, conveniently located next to Piccadilly station and food places. Helpful staff and filly stocked room with all the amenities. Comfortable beds. Would have preferred a bathroom with a bathtub but the shower worked just as well.
