If the beer was as good as the food, you'd never get me out of this place. The pizza and pasta here is absolutely amazing, top quality food. Expensive perhaps, but you pay for quality. I wish I could say the same for the beer, however. It's quite poor. I took my last pint back and was given another kind which was no better. Badly kept and badly poured, it came out flat and dead, with a few lonely bubbles on top like washing up water. Such a shame. So, they lose a star for being a little expensive, and definitely another one for the beer. Atmosphere is good, it's nice and cosy in there. Staff are helpful.

Visited on Sunday early evening and was shocked how poor the service was. The staff seemed clueless. The food was very over priced, and we had to wait over an hour for the food. The staff made some meaningless excuse. The beer was good, and it all looks very nice but after this experience I will not be going back.

Fantastic food and service!! Pizzas were yummy and the place has a nice and cosy old cottage feel.
