I visit this pub every couple of weeks primarily because it’s local to me. Atmosphere is nice, staff are friendly, and the food is good (it’s part of a chain so in all likelihood you will have come across the menu before). I’ve knocked one star off because I’d say on at least 50% of occasions I’ve waited over an hour for food. Last time I was one of only two tables there and ordered a single scoop of ice cream for my son. It took 45 mins to arrive and then another 15 mins for a spoon. I should have complained but by this point I had a grumpy toddler and was losing the will to live...... Still a nice pub though, just book your table an hour ahead of when you actually want to eat!

Very good place to meet friends and have great food and drinks. The service is friendly, fast and professional.

Having heard good things I went here. I ordered the prawn linguine and it came looking like a soup with lots of lemons in it and 2 prawns. It tasted like lime soup - therefore i barely ate However, the waitress did notice this and deduct it off the bill. Apart from that the dessert and drinks were excellent. Am hoping it was a one off!

Since refurb great place to go food and drinks. Staff always helpful and try to make your stay at the Swan very enjoyable.

We went as a party of 14. The steaks seemed to be overcooked even for well-done. Earlier the kebabs were almost burnt too. The colleagues I went with were also not impressed. The ambience was pretty good though.
