Good food. Very good staff. Very patient especially as half our party got lost enroute and arrived 40minutes late for the reservation. We were a table of 8 and were very well looked after. All good arrived together and piping hot. No complaints and would visit again.
We had a mother's day lunch today here today. The food was amazing top marks to the chef. Our waitress Bethany Rose was exceptional attending to our every need and wish. The manager Katerina was also making sure everybody was being looked after. I do hope that this is not one of the Prezzo restaurants due for closure - that would be a big mistake. The best meal out I have had for ages.
I was there for a dinner with group of 4 people. We have had a nice table and attentive staff. I've enjoyed VIPizza very much, rest of the group seemed to liked their pasta dishes. At the end of the dinner I've ordered cheese board which they didn't have it but it was charged on the bill, I had to point out to taken off the bill. There is room for improvement and attention to detail is crucial for it.

I visited today with a small group of friends. Good food and excellent service by Aga and Zsuzanna. I was delighted to find out that Tastecard can be used everyday during January. I think a lot of people would visit if they could use their Tastecard at weekend throughout the year.
We visited Prezzo a few times during our recent stay in Old Amersham and the overall experience was excellent. In particular our waitress, Aga, was charming and the food was delicious. A place worth visiting again and again.
Decidedly average dining experience. Food was reasonable but certainly not notable , service functional despite restaurant being mostly empty and in terms of price it is probably slightly more expensive than the other local equivalents Ask or Pizza Express. Won't be back.
Arrived at 12.30 and it soon filled up. Nice service. Good menu. Reliability of a chain. Fishy risotto was lovely.
Food just above average. Poor waitress coughing her guts up made for an uncomfortable pricey meal.
Lovely place, staff are really friendly - food is fantastic. Literally only issue is the toilets being truely cold
