Out for a nice drive in the countryside and I came across this place and I am confused, is this a pub or a restaurant? If it's a pub it's a bit of a let down when the drinkers are consigned to a tiny room at the back like second class citizens, if it's a high class restaurant then they should do a proper job with the decor and finish the job by cleaning up the toilets, I've been in some grubby dives in my time but even the hygiene in those places was better than this place, I truly hate to think what the kitchens are like if the management didn't notice the state of them. Never again.

Great lunchtime choice. Quality and presentation of food is very good indeed. Easily recommended.

Food is wonderful, very generous portions. All staff we saw were very friendly. Décor is interesting!

Whating something different then call in at The Pilgrim Fathers. The meals are very good with plenty of choice the staff are great really helpfull. Well worth a visit but book for a weekend.
