Lovely restaurant. Good for a celebration and nice service.nnThe set menus are great and plentiful, with a big portion of ribs.nThe mapo tofu had a great smoky flavour - £11.50nnI ordered the prawn toast which was great £11, but it came with no sauce which is a bit criminal, neither did the prawn crackers.nWe asked for sweet chilli sauce and were charged £3.50 a pot which is wild when it’s basically part of the dish.nnDefinitely worth going to!
The initial service and set menu B we're great. We decided to have a pudding but initially couldn't get a waiters attention, when we did it took nearly half an hour to get the pudding and then when it came the profiteroles really weren't worth. Hot and melted cream inside. Unfortunately took the shine off what had been a lovely meal and service up until that point! We'd heard really good things about the restaurant, we've come away 'it was nice' but not sure it's worth the hype. It was also really noisy!
This is without any doubt, the best Chinese restaurant in Yorkshire.nnWith a car park included, a dress code is in place, a shirt is required for gents and no shorts.nnFood is excellent, on top of quality and the facilities are amazing and plenty of space, don't need to be sat in less than half a meter from the other table.nnService is absolutely outstanding as well , very focused and pending for any request, it is a very pleasant experience every time I come with the family.nnPrice is according to the quality, don't expect fast food pricing for this standard and this service.
All members of staff went above and beyond to cater for us!nnMy partner has a tree nuts allergy, and the chef and servers made sure that he could have access to as much of the menu as possible, by frying separately to the cashew dishes.nnI had also dropped my bracelet in the car park, and the staff went out to find it after we left the restaurant.nnDelicious food, and lovely staff. 100% worth every penny.
Visited for the first time Saturday last. Family meal, six of us. Its a large venue, capable of managing multiple bookings. I think there is a booking deposit system in place, somebody in my party managed this. Service was friendly and available. We had a set menu offer to please everyone's tastes at table. I enjoyed what I had and there was ample food available and the remainders were kindly to go boxed.nWould re-visit but not go out of my way.
