This is without any doubt, the best Chinese restaurant in Yorkshire.nnWith a car park included, a dress code is in place, a shirt is required for gents and no shorts.nnFood is excellent, on top of quality and the facilities are amazing and plenty of space, don't need to be sat in less than half a meter from the other table.nnService is absolutely outstanding as well , very focused and pending for any request, it is a very pleasant experience every time I come with the family.nnPrice is according to the quality, don't expect fast food pricing for this standard and this service.
Have been to China Rose many times and had wonderful meals, after recently being diagnosed with gluten issues I was delighted to see they did a gluten free take away so we ordered some for my wife's birthday and I was greated by soup that looked and tasted like they'd scooped some dish water and floating bits of veg and meat.nnThe main meal looks like someone forgot to cook the chicken and is 90% spring onion ends with additional couple of large lumps of ginger thrown in. Picture includednnThe gluten free wasnt labelled or kept separate from the rest of the food. I look forward to my time in pain as we have no idea if cross contamination has happened.nnFor the price we paid I'd expect much than what we received.
Fantastic Chinese - I've been coming here for years, sometimes I sit in and enjoy the restaurant and sometimes I order for takeaway.nYes the takeaway is a bit more expensive than your traditional takeaway but the quality of meat and ingredients is second to none.nnI visited last night for dinner and the food was fantastic. The service is always excellent and the attention to detail to make you feel like a VIP is always on show.nnI love the fact you get the choice of using chopsticks or cutlery, I always ask for both as I like to have a go with the chopsticks nnThe place was very clean and tidy.nnThe coffee and crème was yummy nnThanks for bringing a bit of China to Doncaster and Bawtry. I love it here and highly recommend it.nnAccess is good for all abilities, ramps are available and lots of seating.nn
Probably the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been Too, the food was good and presentation was nice, attentive staff and a great atmosphere. The price of the food was good but the cost of a bottle of house red was shocking, the mark up to £25 for a bottle of Merlot that would be £6 in Tesco was a bit much. Our vegetarian friend enjoyed her meal, but was a bit disappointed with the lack of meat substitute. After all tofu is a staple diet of Chinese food. All in all 9 out of 10. We will dine here again.
Absolutely brilliant. The best Chinese restaurant for 50 miles. Fab food, cooked to perfection and menu adapted to cope with dietary needs Service excellent and a brilliant setting.
