Disappointing and overpriced (compared to other Bawtry establishments) after being recommended the decor lived up to expectations but service, cocktails, value for money and attitude of staff/management leaves room for much improvement. Will not be visiting again or recommending.

Visit TBL yesterday to celebrate my birthday with 7 other people on a package deal and wanted to upgrade some drinks and agreed on a price, once the bill arrived the price was altered, but we had checked twice with the staff before ordering it was very disappointing and ruined the experience, the manager then was saying she wouldn’t have agreed that price but her staff member did and as we was the paying customers felt unimpressed with professionalism discussing the bill in front of other guests, the place is quirky in charm and the only reason why I haven’t scored lower but this experience wasn’t what I wanted to have for a celebration and won’t be going back and won’t be promoting to anyone else.
