Beautiful location right on the coast, lovely views if you get an appropriate room. Huge, comfy bed. Nice coffee, tea, soda and water free in room. Good cold and hot breakfast provided free, exceptionally good food staff. Apparently 130 types of gin in the hotel bar if that's your thing. Not much else in the city, fairly industrial.

Excellent food, and service. On a special occasion we took along a birthday cake and they were more than happy to hide it away as a surprise and bro g it out at the appropriate moment with candles lit, then take it bake to the chef to be sliced and brought out again as dessert.
The establishmentalso have a children's menu, which was most appreciated.

Went to the Pier for a 75th birthday party. 
Food  and service excellent and without fault. Staff went that e training mile that made all the difference.

Lovely venue and nice friendly staff. Called for a meal and glad we did as it was gorgeous food.
