Stayed for a long weekend whilst visiting family. Noisy site with families just letting kids run wild round the park till all hours! Chose this because it has a bar/restaurant as opposed to Suffolk Sands - shame that it wasn't doing any food and we werenn't informed in advance. Caravan was clean but tired. In all honesty, I wouldn't choose this site again.nStaff were helpful and polite.
DON'T BUY HERE !!nnthe staff are rude and unhelpful.nThey come into your property and go through all your stuff without permission, as they are supposed to contact you first. The pitch was supposed to be cleared but never was. They give you leaky gas bottles and expect you to replace them at your cost when they've leaked out. Been waiting a year to have the drains locked at, 2 years for the boiler to be looked at. They seem to be a law unto themselves
Will not be going a again, absolute dump. Most people live on the site,nand you can tell. Customer service was diabolical, when we complained, regarding the caravan which was basic and supposed to be Gold plus, I wouldn't even give it bronze minus. So if you want a caravan holiday park, don't go there. It won't be a holiday.
Quick visit of the site.nLooks quite large, clean and well organised.nDidn't stay long so cant really give a full detailed review.
Hubby and I have just bought our first mobile home in this lovely area of Suffolk. There are not enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to describe just how incredible the buying process was. From the initial phone call, through to the sales pitch, which was not pushy but was thorough - thank you Tamsyn - to the very supportive and kind way the staff were during the transaction process. I had a four hour tussle with TSB trying to get OUR money out of the account to pay for the purchase. The staff at Felixstowe Beach were brilliant, Tamsyn and Terri gave me space to deal with the situation, which would otherwise have been extremely stressful, and we cannot thank you all enough for your kindness, patience and tenacity in seeing us through from start to finish. You all get a 5 star review. Pity I can't say the same for the TSB!!nnSarah and Simon Thompson
