Nice place to stay when you want to get to the ferry next morning. Supermarket right next to the entrance. Snacks and coffee / tea available.

It's ok...dont be deceived by the dreary outdoors. Rooms are clean and very decent

Great little guesthouse, very comfortable beds and a very nice owner! I didn't check to see if breakfast was included though ( it wasn't) and was quite surprised given the price of the rooms, so please make sure you ask before booking. Also, the shower in one of our rooms wasn't working so all five of us had to use the main bathroom in one room both in the evening and the morning- given we had to be out by 10 AM, this was a massive inconvenience. The owner kindly agreed to give us 50% off the room with the broken shower though- without too much grumbling, and we parted on good terms. Make sure you check the details -agree any money off if things don't work before you book and you wont go far wrong! Oh, I nearly forgot, bring some earplugs as the road on one side is very noisy and there was a small riot outside at about 2 AM- followed by a fire alarm in the bank/ job-centre ( ?) below our window at 5 AM!!
