Amazing food here, really reminds me of breakfasts back home in Australia. Such a diverse menu and all cooked in a wood fired oven which gives everything an amazing flavour.nSuper coeliac friendly-separate fryer and really knowledgable staff when it comes to allergies and intolerances. Great coffee, great food and great service-best breakfast place I’ve been to in a while. Will definitely be back.
What a gem, first time visiting this weekend with the family. Excellent food menu and well delivered - I had the steak and eggs which was 10 out 10. The coffee was one of the best I've had in ages, and we have good coffee shops where I live in Southampton. It has a young team of staff, who were on top form and provided excellent service, even though extremely busy. I will be back, I just wish they had a cafe nearer me. Oh, and cake taste as good as they look!
Lovely little cafe which I haven't been to in years. I arrived at lunch time and it was busy but still managed to find a table. Nice selection of food but on the slightly pricy end of the spectrum, so by no means a greesy spoon breakfast vibe or price match, more a posh brunch place. Tasted amazing, portion size slightly small, and service a little slow, though friendly. A nice spot for a catch up cuppa and a short walk to the beach which is the bonus.nSoup & sandwich and pot of tea £18.
We hired the back room at The Paddle for a family get together and could not recommend it more. We had 22 people being served brunch and drinks and everything was faultless. The staff are super friendly and the food is the best brunch around and catered for all dietary reqs. We can’t wait to book again for another event. Thanks to all the team
Drove up from bournemouth as looked good from the images. Was looking for sweet pancakes. Upon arrive they only taking reservations apart from seating outside, which more than happy to sit outside. The menu we was handed had very limited options and no English breakfast or sweet pancakes on, nothing like the images online. Went in and asked, and then given a different menu. Why have a different restricted menu for outside I don’t know.nGot the ultimate breakfast, and extra £3.50 for black pudding honestly, disappointed not very ultimate, considering this was £20. No hashbrowns, potatoes, or anything extra. However the pancakes the reason we came, highly recommend. Pancake was 5**** defiantly would get those again. Wouldn’t bother with the full English in future. Hot chocolates at £4 a pop nothing special. Some cream, or a little square of chocolate to melt in would make it better.
