Excellent food and service however if visiting for a special occasion such as Mothers day be prepared for a wait for food. Visited on said day and waited almost two hours for the main to arrive. Otherwise the service is reasonably quick.

2&1/2 hours for a meal. Server was overworked, tables scattered around restaurant, server never available. Ordered a drink from the bar, which I saw sit on the bar for 15 minutes, it was delivered to table for pudding. Get more staff Food good but way to long of a wait.

Good breakfasts. Nice pub as so many nooks to have a quiet drink in. Pub is also a beefeater.

Friendly welcoming staff, warm restaurant at the front. Cosy and not rushed. Great choice on the menu including seasonal specials. Fab homestyle hearty soups, lovely tasty vegetarian mushroom , cheese & spinach tart, delicious lemon gin & tonic trifle. Thank you Kim you deserve recognition of great customer service, Merry Christmas & see you in the New Year, before the menu change hopefully :-)
