What a lovely, friendly pub! A great place to stop while out walking the dogs. We enjoyed a couple of pints and a nice rest for us all.
Such a welcoming pub. Genuine smiling girl serving behind the bar. The locals were real characters. A few said "goodbye" when I left. Their friendliness towards me as a non local really made my day. Beer: London Pride, great! A guest beer that I didn't try. Meantime Brewing Co's IPA, very good, but probably better as a summer drink as it's chilled.
It's a shame that you will not be able to get a pint of London pride any more
Friendly bar staff and friendly patrons. Very welcoming to dogs also. Clean and comfortable and situated in a beautiful location. Highly recommended.
This seems like a proper regulars pub. It was a bit less "refined" than some of the other pubs in the village but that's really not an issue as far a I'm concerned.
Legendary for local characters, beer and atmosphere. Dog friendly. No food, instead it majors in traditional snacks and beverage variety. Food up and down the road nearby so it’s a good pre and post meal drop in.
This is a welcoming, dog friendly, good old fashioned pub. All are made welcome.

Very friendly place. I popped in to charge my phone... i had half pint of Dark star which was pretty nice and only 1,85. I like decor as well :
