Found no one cleaned the tables before we sat down especially with covid and only cleaned a part of table when we asked spraying me with cleaning product. Seemed the man staff member couldn't be bothered with us and showed it, no smile hunched and slow. Came out feeling like I had bad customer service and wasn't friendly at all.

Our room is really very nice. After one night I'd say the staff are fine. At the moment the wifi is hopeless and there is no parking. Hopefully Aylesbury will improve.

Much nicer than The White Hart round the corner, friendly breakfast staff.

Nice place with a bit of security so non-guests can't access your room easily. Clean. Shower slippery so had to use bath mat to stand on. Above the pub... luckily you don't have to eat the food... good restaurants in town but don't wait till late to go out, town goes to sleep early.

Good few ales couple of open fireplaces, staff very helpful. Old white and black beam's pub ,coaching inn feel. Place feels cluttered and tired. Hotel room excellent must be fairly new, shame they did not do the trading area at the same time.
