This has been our regular for years, never had an issue, top quality food & brilliant service, however.. the past 2 times I’ve been have been awful. The first time, I had a long hair IN my cheesy garlic bread & I nearly swallowed it, was gagging. The second time, I threw the chicken kebab in the bin as it smelled like when you go in an animal barn, really rancid & off. My dad even walked in the room later & complained about what stunk when it was in the bin. I ate the mushroom garlic bread, only to get half way through and see what looked like a Pube in the cheese when I pulled a big mushroom off to eat that was in top of it.. We’re officially done
This used to be the best takeout... After ordering from them for a while we are so shocked to see the quality of the food go down hill. We normally spend between 30- 45 a week and make a family night of it. Over the past 3 months the deliveries have always been late around an hour, when you ring the person that answers seems unbothered, the food arrives cold but yesterday the pizza bases were uncooked, soggy. The chicken was that hard it was like rock. We just chucked them in the bin. Money wasted, we complained about the late arrival but again not bothered so we didnt call to say the food was rubbish, lets face it they had the money so they wouldnt be bothered. Nino's do something about it before you loose all your customers. We certainly won't be ordering from you again .
We have used Ninos for 4 years they have always been good. But the past few times, it's taken over an hour to get through on the phone, I know they are busy, but it seems recently they leave the phone off the hook. Once and if you get through, then delivery takes over an hour to get to you. Sorry Ninos but we will be going elsewhere until you can get this sorted.
Been a regular customer for over 2 years and spent a small fortune with these. Last 3 orders over an hour late and tonight 3 of the pizzas had to be thrown away- base not cooked, cold to touch. Have deleted their app. Avoid at all costs and use somewhere else.

2 hours and 20 minutes to get here & then freezing cold pizzas & chips. Very disappointing.

Working away from home in Barnsley, had a meatfeast pizza....omg best ever 5* i highly recommend them. Parking: No problem with parking outside or at rear is a co-op car park
The food was an hour late and all they kept saying was its around corner seriously gone down hill
After ordering 4 items, it turned up 20mins late, 1 hour 10 minute All items were soggy like it’s been stood for a while Very poor!!
