"A friendly, local pub which sits next to Hearsall Common with a sheltered and enclosed garden to the rear, complete with TV and Music. We offer amazing value food and all our main meals include a drink. You will find a great selection of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails, all at some of the lowest prices locally.Inside, we offer Sky TV, BT Sport and Amazon Prime on out eight TV's and projector, or you can play pool.We have a weekly quiz on a Tuesday night with our very own, in-house quiz master.A function room is available to hire, which has its own entrance, separate from the main bar and we also have plenty of free parking for our guests which is accessible for those with disabilities."

We came yesterday thinking we would get the average pub meal, we were wrong both meals were excellent. My steak was the best I've had in more than three years. Nice friendly pub the only thing that let it down was the lack of real ale, doom bar was available but I would rather go without than drink that. We will be back very soon
Nice pub, nice choice of beers, friendly staff very welcoming. Lots of screens to watch sport on. Big car park too with 3 hrs free parking. Worth a visit.
Went in for a drink not food. There was a quiz on which was quite noisy so a bit difficult to have a quiet chat. Reasonably priced drinks. Bar staff happier pouring pints than serving gin n tonics.
Really lovely pub, good food menu and lot's of drinks options available. Nice cosy restaurant area with a friendly feel and lovely staff very polite ans attentive.
Super value for $$. Monday to Friday 12 to 6pm there is 50% off. I got this mixed grilled platter at 4.5 pounds. Friendly staff and huge portions! Will be back for the burgers! 30 wings for 5.5 pounds after 50% discount. Tender and flavourful!!!
Friendly staff. Only had drinks. Easy to obtain free parking ticket. Tables needed a wipe but I am sure the staff would have obliged had we asked. Not a bad palace and lovely beer garden
Great local pub for all, really welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Has the best of both worlds: great for a meal out or a sociable night with your friends. By far the cheapest pub in the area which makes it even more appealing to my bank balance.
Fantastic place to drink. Good food to eat as well :
This is a lovely local pub, very welcoming and inclusive. Great for a relaxed meal with family and friends, or an enjoyable evening out. I sometimes take my dog along with me to this dog friendly pub, which also has a nice beer garden. The food is fantastic and the prices of both food and drink are excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Plenty of significant sports events are shown on their tv's, and most recently I was grateful to be able to watch the national moment of reflection live at the pub for her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and it was a moving yet beautiful experience, Jazz and the team delivered the evening with great dignity, unity and compassion. I look forward to visiting the pub again very soon.
Great meal - nice to have a steak cooked the way you want it. Great value for money - would definitely visit again
