As always excellent staff and service. Making the appointment to completion of the consultation could not be better. Appointment 5.30pm and results of blood test following morning . Terrific.
I have been coming to this practice and Dr Gerlis for decades. The quality of consultation and expertise is beyond fantastic. They refer to excellent specialists but they also have excellent knowledge of various medical issues and can treat the whole family from young to old. Highly recommend and have referred many people here. All are happy with the service.
Excellent service, very speedy response through whole process. Appointments available immediately and no waiting on arrival. Very thorough examination process & treatment recommendations. Blood tests back the next day! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again without hesitation.
I have been using Same Day Doctor intermittently for 20 years. The receptionists are always friendly and efficient. The doctors I have seen led by Dr Gerlis have given great advice and been kind. The practice is extremely responsive and the results portal works very well.
When I arrived at the practice I was very anxious & stressed. I was greeted by staff who were so understanding, well informed & helpful & I calmed down within a few minutes. The high professional standard alleviated my concern about being on an NHS waiting list & I receved a very efficient service for which I was so grateful. I would like to thank everyone for their help.
Everything about Same Day Doctor services was excellent. I had some health concerns that my regular NHS GP was not able to address or solve, so I have booked an appointment with Same Day Doctor. I was seen by Dr Luke Oates, who is simply great and very knowledgeable. He really listened and asked about all my concerns and sympthoms, he recommended the appropriate blood tests and he took his time to assess me, without rushing. The test results were received few hours later and I had the option to have a follow up call with Dr. Oates to discuss the results further. I am impressed with the quality of the services received and will definitely use Same Day Doctor from now on, everytime I will have any health issues or concerns. Excellent service from start the lovely reception ladies to finish tests performed, consultation Dr. Oates and Dr. Gerlis. Thank you!
If i could give 10 stars I would. So impressed with speed, care and kindness of team. I went for a 4pm appointment and got my results by 8pm on a Friday. HIGHLY reccomend!
I came here recently for a scan and the doctor was so helpful, I felt that everything was explained to me and the same day results were so useful. The doctor was so friendly and not trying to make money off of us as well which was amazing, I felt listened to and really glad I came.
The SameDay Doctor service is fabulous. I work in London during the week and the ability to get a GP appointment at literally 15 minutes notice is brilliant. The quality of the medical care I've had from Dr Gerlis, Dr Al Temimi, Dr Burton and others has been exemplary including one case where Dr Gerlis gave medical advice that was different to that of a specialist consultant but Dr Gerlis' judgement was ultimately proved to be correct. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.
Just wanted to add that I have used this Surgery approx five times. Theirs is First class service. Treated with care and support with no judgement. They support staff are excellent and return your query within 15 minutes. The Doctors are really lovely and you feel well looked after with patience and kindness. The best practice in London Five stars *****
