Decorated the room for a birthday, it was so lovely!!! Very kind whenever I go and lovely views and good prices for a quick 1-2night get away
Good location and main hotel areas are fine. Room is tired, bathroom hadn't been cleaned...fake tan handprint on tiles and wet used towel on top of shower head. Still waiting on a response from the hotel! Plus side...Great smelling complimentary hand sanitiser!
Very good indeed but a little bit resting on it's laurels. Staff well trained and 5 star appropriate. Could do with a few more of them though. Room was large and quiet. Bathroom a little tatty round the edges and needed a bit of TLC to bring up to scratch.
Excellent food and service. We had a red letter experience which included a 3 course champagne meal. The menu was delicious and had a lovely evening. Also has a nice terrace to enjoy drinks after meal.
We stayed here for mine and my other half’s anniversary and they upgraded our room for free, took our bags to the room, food was amazing but quite pricey but still... worth the money! The bath fits two people and the view is beautiful. It’s definitely worth the visit and the stay and we really enjoyed our stay
Had a great stay, hotel is in the heart of Manchester...easy access to shops and bars. Rooms were lovely and spotless, couldn't fault it
