An absolutely delightful stay for the money, compared to everywhere else that close to the city centre. Room was bijou, but clean, and well laid out given the floor space available. Even the bathroom was, if slightly squeezed, entirely fine. The staff were polite and helpful. No lift, mind, for those who need them, so take care there.
Not a bad hotel. Solid 3 stars but nothing more I’m afraid. Rooms quite dated but relatively clean. Bathrooms are tiny so for anyone larger that average it’ll be a mission to take a shower. Walls thin so if your neighbour is watching tv you will hear everything is high definition. Beds comfy though with clean sheets so that’s the main bit :
Hotel room was quite small, especially the bathroom. But there is not really anything to complain on. They have 24 hour service in the reception. Breakfast is not included in the room price. The location is good if you are going to AO Arena and 10 to 15 minute walk to the city center. It's also within walking distance to Salford Car Hire if you want to hire a car Noteworthy details: Parking is available on site for a fee
The worst was duvet without cover. Disgusting . Great location. Hotel information on booking says car park available when you book room they send you link to pay for it. It’s not cheap.Rooms: 3/5

Very poor hotel. Wouldn't give it three stars. If you want a cheap bed for the night go for it. Rooms are small, especially the shower, the toilet wouldn't flush. Otherwise beds aren't changed, service is poor when asking for help, and the noise from people getting in at 3 or 4 in the morning kept me away, people shouting and arguing.Rooms: 1/5
Probably the worst service I have ever received at a hotel. Cooked Breakfast was practically cold even after it took 3 attempts to get the information across 1 breakfast without beans, the other without tomatoes & beans in the end he had to write it down. Then i saw them come out, go back in and come back out 10mins later. within 10secs of being on the table we were being asked if breakfast ok. Nearly £25 for 2 breakfasts, whereas The weatherspoons about 10min walk away was only £15 and twice the size, better service AND HOT! Hotel staff are rude and walk away part way through a conversation Manager hasn't got a clue either! As for the room; i've never been in a hotel room so small, there twin beds may as well of been a double as there was no room for a gap between them. And my knees practically touched the shower doors when sat on the toilet!
Great value hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet. They charge for parking now but it's only 8 quid. Good location and only a short walk from town.Rooms: 4/5
Great value for money accommodation. Handy for Arndale Centre and AO Arena with both 20 to 15 minutes away. Free parking was a real bonus. Room was comfortable if a little tight for space for the larger person Walkability: 0.5 mile to both AO Arena and Arndale centre.
It's my first and last time ... it's already 3 h that I'm awake the cleaning women talk too much and sing .... I would ask for a refund ... with 60 pounds next time I book in the centre ... I do not recommend the stay inn My room 109Rooms: 4/5
