clean room but we couldn’t get the water in the shower hot or even warm. Communal areas very clean and some more hand sanitizers would be useful

Staff friendly price great, room needed updating and cleaning. General cleaning was good. The breakfast was nice but could have done with a little more heat. Overall was fine for a couple of nights.
Staff are wicked, really helpful bunch. Rooms are clean and tidy. And i had a good stay. Decent location, can walk into central Manchester in 2mins.
Stayed here last night, I think her name was Danielle on the night shift and she was so helpful and showed she truly cared about us and even made sure we was safe and got a new key cut when we had been followed home. Credit to the business, great stay.

It was a comfortable stay... Only bad thing is that I couldn't get the iron because someone else had it. : The room had a full length mirror and tea, coffee and water heater. :
Loved my stay here. Staff so friendly and helpful. Great location to base ourselves and to visit places of interest in Manchester. Close to trams and train station. Competitive rates rather than more expensive ones in the heart of city. Great room. Will be returning in the future
