Great service. I acquired a the most stylish Brooks Brick Lane Roll Up Panniers but a couple of the stud came loose. The friendly staff gave me free fasteners even though I have purchased through my local bike store. Thanks
They sell saddles, but they can't measure you to tell you which ones. Suppose to be a flagship store. Not that great if you can't advise people on your own product. Based on this, I going to ditch getting a Brook saddle now.
Amazing shop with some great classic cycling accessories. Mine's a C17 saddle - probably the most comfortable saddle that I have ever owned and some lovely Brick Lane panniers. Definitely worth a visit.
The place is lonely and and the staff is kind and generous. They recognise returning clients and reward loyalty! Thank you for yet again an amazing experience!
Cool bike gear. Terrible customer service. I’ll just get a saddle when I get home from my LBS.
Oddly unknowledgeable about their own saddles. Staff answers most questions with “it depends on what you want” and can’t answer specific questions. I went there a second time today hoping to find a different member of staff but saddly unlucky again.
