“I stopped by because my bike needed a small fix—a loose screw that was driving me crazy—and I was in a rush. Even though it was a simple job, the technician treated it with great care and attention. They quickly replaced the screw and had me back on the road in minutes, which was a huge relief. Their friendly and professional service made all the difference, and I really appreciated how they didn’t make me feel like any job was too small. If you’re looking for someone who values every customer, no matter the repair, this is the place to go!” Thank you, Mate you made my day.
Great place! The owner I assume couldn't be more helpful and attentive. I had my repair done in under two hours and was notified by text when the bike was ready for a pick up. I was advised on different types of tyres and other things to consider. Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend.
I called Fudges early on a Monday having broken my gear cable en-route to work. "Pop in, i'll see what I can do" said the young man. On arriving, I was attended to immediately. My bike was overdue for a service and I was asked if I'd like a new chain and sprockets? Yes I would! I returned from getting a coffee; "Your brake blocks are almost worn through, shall we change them?" I ended up with a comprehensive service all done withing 45 minutes of arriving and for around half the price I usually pay. The lad who attended to me was called Angelo and he was super helpful and very friendly. From now on, I'll be booking my bike into Fudges for servicing. Five stars. Thanks Angelo! Johnny
Angelo at the Fudge Shepherds Bush shop was our hero today when he went above and beyond to repair our son's bike at closing time. The guys in the shop are always helpful and experienced with good advice. Thank you!
I hope I could give a 0 Stars ↕ I went there yesterday I was in a very bad situation my break was broken while I was riding my bike and I wasn’t able to ride my bicycle I went there one of the staff member was about close the shop and I told him that I’m in a very bad situation my life is in a dangerous because I had no brake at all the guy told me he has been finish long time ago I begged him to just sell me the brake pads I’m gonna fix it myself he said he can’t which he was laying and the way he was talking to me was very rude. I would definitely never go back there I don’t even recommend anyone I hope the manager tells the staff member how to be polite and nice with the customer .
I really can't fault this shop.ive used them 3 times now and I wouldn't go anywhere else thanks to Tony who put a new front wheel on my dyu bike back in june and now fixed my puncture. Communication is brilliant kept me updated I won't go anywhere else now again thank you
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Very unprofessional and arrogant staff! Wanted to charge me more than agreed with very poor reasoning, threatened to take my bike when I refused to pay extra Tall guy with German I think accent at the till was aggressive. I'm cyclist with 20+ years experience in London and I've never been treated with such a disrespect in any bike shop. Avoid at all costs!
You will not find a better bike shop in London. Period. The guys here are just real – honest, professional, and super knowledgeable about bikes. The best part? They don't overcharge; it's quality all around at a fair price. Oh, and my brake snag? Fixed in a jiffy, and they didn't even charge me. This place rocks – genuine, skilled, and a pleasure to visit every time. Thank you guys.
Packed my bike very neatly and in short notice for a flight the next day. Thanks so much! Amazing service.
Best local bike shop! I couldn't recommend Alex and Joseph more: for their friendliness, honesty and excellent repairs to my bike. My rear wheel had been stolen unfortunately and they replaced all the parts suitably but also offered advice on locking it better, when I'll need a service, etc. I made a 100km round trip to Windsor the same week. Would never have been possible without them and a testament to what a great condition my bike left the shop in normally it only does a twenty minute commute. I'll defintiely be back though not too soon I hope!.
