I loved the place. It was clean, quiet, and spacious. The bathroom was really bigger than I expected with a big tub which was really nice. The staff were really nice as well. The room also had a mini fridge which I haven't seen in many hotels or inns. It was a great experience.Rooms: 5/5
The tower suite is a 2 floor gem but there is a change the seagull wake you up in the morning. Lovely breakfast. The location is not perfect, next to the citycenter makes it sometimes difficult to park when their own limited perking spaces are full.
Absolutely amazing suite. Huge bath in the room and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower. Spotlessly clean and a great location. Highly recommend Walkability: Town centre easily walkable however felt really sorry that Yeovil is so run down. Needs a massive investment and some shops in the town centre
Well done to The Keep, oddly an unmanned site for arrivals, but a system that works well to get you in and actually, we really liked the fact it was devoid of reception staff as it made it feel more homely. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with a good bathroom with a top notch power-shower. The room also has a small fridge and a microwave, lovely for those of us who like proper milk in their cuppa! Location-wise it's just off the main high street, but quiet enough although the seagulls were a bit noisy. Sufficient say, we liked it so much we'll use it again the next time we're in Yeovil.
I've never stayed in a 'sleep boutique ' before but my first experience was exceptional. The Keep is in the middle of Yeovil with good parking. I'd had several emails giving me instructions for arrival as the hotel is not occupied all the time. These were complete and we got in with no issues at all. The room was wonderful. It was huge with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, a fridge, good tea and coffee facilities and a small room in the hallway where you could pick up more essentials and wine glasses, etc. A good size smart TV with a remote that worked and a good range of channels. The décor was subtle with dark furniture, pale green and darker green accents. It looked like a show home! The bathroom was very clean with a massive shower and plenty of towels. We had breakfast which was full English or any number of continental variations. The staff were lovely and there was no problem swapping out elements of the breakfast or getting scrambled eggs exactly the way I like them. If I return to Yeovil I will definitely stay there again.
Had the tower suite for one night. I can honestly say i have only stayed one place better. Clean comfortable and a really good breakfast. All I'd say is the slope to the entrance has a weird edge that could do with some high vis paint to prevent a possible stumble. All in all a good placeRooms: 5/5
Super clean boutique style hotel with a really great breakfast. Staff amazing Rooms: Very well appointed and spotlessly clean Food & drinks: Fantastic cooked and continental breakfast
Nice room but opposite pub and on the main little Road. Only staff was one very helpful, pleasant lady at breakfast. Very clean and beds very comfy. 2 tiles on bathroom floor were cracked and wobbly and bathroom no bath small. Rooms: Clean and comfy Walkability: 2 mins from shops. Not many places to eat that were open on a Tuesday night. Cow and apple was nice.
This is the new bench mark for me as far as hotels go. this place was lovely, well maintained. very quiet, very clean and very comfortable. had a great sleep and breakfast was really nice also. Rooms: very clean and very comfortable
I can highly recommend The Keep, my room 11 was clean and spacious. Bathroom with shower only was clean and roomy - appreciated the hot towel rail. The kitchen area included a microwave, fridge, cups, glasses, portable electric hob and more. Breakfast was very good served by friendly staff. Car park is small and a little tricky to maneouvre in. There is an overflow car park which I did not use and a nearby public car park which is free from 6.00pm to 8.00am. I would most definitely stay here again.
