A very nice place to have a Sundays roast!very big terrace. I quite enjoyed the dinner, I love the quality of the plates. One of the things I appreciate a lots is that the table are not little one and you can just eat comfortable with lots of room. One of the bad points is the service was a bit slow and the place was not full. Bit the food was a very nice quality product. I have a Pimms for drink very fresh for sunny and warm days.

Nice countryside Fullers pub. Large garden which welcomes dogs - even provides water and bowls. Food is good, quality real ales (mainly Fullers range). Overall it's great, but it's not a cheap pub.

Went here for a friend's birthday meal and had heard a lot of good things about the pub, the bar area is dog friendly which is nice! The dining area is nicely presented and clean, the food was great, only minor issues which aren't enough to write about. The only downfall for me was the variety of items on the menu, as more choice would've been nice.

Good atmosphere and garden. Think if they could just tweak the quality of the food it would definitely be a five star

Great pub for walkers with Whitfield Common right next door, very family and dog friendly. Have eaten here several times and food is always excellent, also a good selection of ales (Fullers and guests). Had the burger today which was delicious. Highly recommended 👍
