Another good grub, good value for money pub. Look for the Barras Group, you should not be disappointed. Plenty of choices to suit everyone on the menu. Two meals of eight ounce steaks tonight, served with chips, peas, half tomato, mushrooms and onions rings, a bottle of house red, all for less than £20. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere was good. Just a lot of people enjoying dinner not cooked by themselves! Yes, parking charges apply, but it is reimbursed at the bar, whether you just have a drink or eat. There is also parking off site, which is usually accessible after 6pm. Last summer's hanging baskets and tubs were spectacular, looking forward to this summer.

Went in Wooden Bridge at lunchtime on a Wednesday. Some confusion about opening time. It says 12 midday on website. A board outside pub said 11. But it was 12. Very nice beer. Green King IPA. Fish and chips and Apple crumble was good. Service for food a little slow but all in all a pleasant experience. I will go back.

Fantastically priced steaks, reasonable beer prices and some friendly bar staff. The selection of beers change often which is nice, and it's always a good place to watch the football.

Always has been a great Place to Socialise and relax with a drink or 5 with friends.... Also the Foods Pretty good aswell!!!!!😉😜👍
