A great rainy day activity. Great staff, loved the gift shop. Very knowledgeable guide.
It’s closed. Easy to find. Hope I could visit there when everything is fine
It was interesting, nice to learn more about Jane, guides knowledgeable. Fun dressing up section. Doesn't take long to go round, but a must while in bath.
This such good fun. Not a lot to see, they go on about history about her novels, family and all that. They do have however a bit where you can dress and take pictures with Mr Darcy. So much fun! A surely lovely!
Loved this place. Keen staff in costume who take on the identity of one of Austen’s characters and give a talk about the Austen family. Interesting info, artefacts and a fun film. Do support this little treasure. I’m off to read Persuasion now.
A fascinating museum in which we learned a lot about Jane Austen, her family and the period they lived in. There was a warm welcome on arrival from 'Mr Bennett' and a really informative talk from a costumed guide who brought things to life. It's wonderful that the museum has re-opened and we look forward to returning again.
The staff were all really lovely, especially Mr Bennett who was a real sweetie. We really enjoyed our tour, and afternoon tea in the tea rooms. A must for any Jane Austen fan.
